These terms cover your use of JamLlama (“we” or “us”). JamLlama is operated by LLCrewJ LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Show information

Show listings come from JamBase and other third-party sources. Dates, times, lineups, and venues change, and listings can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm details with the venue or ticket seller before you buy tickets or make travel plans.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and choose a username. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is abusive.

Acceptable use

When using JamLlama, please do not:

• scrape the site or query it automatically or in bulk
• interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it
• use profiles, tour titles, or feedback to harass anyone or post unlawful content
• use the site for anything illegal

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

What you create

You own the tours, usernames, and other content you create. By making something public, such as your profile or a public tour, you let us display it to other people in the way the site normally does. You can make a tour private or delete it at any time.

Other websites and purchases

JamLlama links to other companies' websites, including ticket sellers and Booking.com. Tickets, hotel bookings, and anything else you buy there are agreements between you and that company, under its terms. We are not a party to those purchases and are not responsible for them. No warranty

JamLlama is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that listings are complete or correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including missed shows, ticket or travel costs, or reliance on listing information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
